Due to the clever placement of the vents on the back wall and the unique circular shape, the air is evenly distributed throughout the oven. The fan pushes and circulates the hot air throughout the entire oven, making the food bake evenly on all sides. The dynamic air movement allows for baking on multiple levels simultaneously without odors and flavors mixing together.

The distinctive circular shape is one of the most useful features of Gorenje ovens inspired by traditional wood-fired ovens, as it enables hot air to circulate freely around the oven.
