This is especially convenient in ovens with a pyrolytic cleaning function that operates at very high temperatures.
Fat AbsorptionCatalytic cleaning is a great help in oven maintenance. When the oven reaches 85°C or above during the baking process, the catalytic plates automatically start to absorb fat and impurities.

Now you can get the crunch and taste of fried foods without the extra calories. This method of highly intensive baking with hot air does not require any fat to ensure a perfectly delicious golden crispy crust. In combination with a special perforated baking tray, (depending on the model), which perfectly envelops the dish everywhere, you will achieve even better results. The new generation of Gorenje ovens has hidden a shape inside the top. The optimized airflow now circulates inside with greater volume, circulating freely. The increased space allows the preparation of larger baking trays and larger quantities of food, while its external dimensions remain the same. Instead of the previous 3, the large oven now enables the use of 5 levels at the same time. Its capacity ranges from up to 75 liters in standard ovens and up to 53 liters in microwave ovens, which is the largest available on the market.

Homemade shapeThe distinctive circular shape is one of the most useful features of Gorenje ovens inspired by traditional wood-fired ovens, as it enables hot air to circulate freely around the oven.
